Terms and Conditions
Hush Salon reserves the right to refuse hair services to any one for any reason. If a client determines they are dissatisfied with the outcome of a hair service, they have 7 days from the date the hair service was received to contact the provider and get scheduled for a complimentary corrective service ASAP. If a corrective service is not desired by the client, they will be refunded for all but the cost of service ($35/hour for each hour spent providing the service).
Return and Refund Policy
Hush Salon has a 30 day return policy for hair products that have been gently used. Hush Salon will refund guest in the form of payment originally received for the hair product or offer a credit to use towards future product or service. Please contact Hush Salon immediately at dissatisfaction of product, for any reason, and it will honor this return policy, no questions asked.
